Never the same

What remains the same? What changes?

• Relationships?
• Life exposures?
• Health?
  
• Finance?
  

I find it so fascinating to observe things around me. Some changes rapidly, some with slower rate, some stays the same.

What say the Bible?

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. 2 Corinthians 4:16.

• We are changing inwardly and outwardly.

If you really change your ways and your actions and deal with each other justly, if you do not oppress the alien, the fatherless or the widow and do not shed innocent blood in this place, and if you do not follow other gods to your own harm, then I will let you live in this place, in the land I gave your forefathers for ever and ever" Jeremiah 7:5-7

• Change the way we treat others. Remain faithful to our God.

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. Heb 13:8

• Jesus remains the same. God is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love.

My past experiences have definitely shaped me to be who I am today. Change of my worldview, the way I interact, the process of making decisions, etc. Change is necessary for life.

This Christmas, I am reminded because of Jesus, He has come to change the world. By laying down His life, He made available the gift of salvation to all mankind. Through Him, we have eternal life, a life to the fullness. May you have a changing experience with Jesus this Christmas. Blessed Christmas!
