The World's Largest Snowman

Recently, I came across an article in SPIRIT, an in-flight magazine of Southwest Airlines, related to snowman that grabbed my attention. The 122-feet snowman, or rather snowwoman was built in 2008 by residents of Bethel, Maine, USA. The people named her Olympia Snowe. Her base was made bigger so that they could make her hips. Her arms were 30-foot spruce trees, skis are her eye lashes and tires her mouth. The whole project took 100 hours to complete and it broke the previous world record of largest snowman, Angus stood 113 feet tall.
